Bob Wilson Memorial Grant County Hospital in Ulysses and Centura Health have announced the completion of partnership agreement, making the hospital the 17th to join Centura’s network.
While the agreement is not an acquisition by Centura Health, it is a long-term relationship in which Centura commits to investing in Bob Wilson’s growth and development, including capital for equipment and information technology, to benefit both clinical quality and patient care, according to a press release from Centura announcing the partnership.
Centura will operate the hospital, employ hospital staff, appoint a board with local representation and make regular progress reports to the Grant County Commission. For the full article click here
